چکیده
An ovoid to rod shaped, white brown pigmented, facultative anaerobic, mesophilic, non-phototrophic, Gram-staining-negative, non-motile, multiply by binary fission designated strain KVB23T, which was isolated from root of rice plant, near Ilsan, South Korea, investigated for its taxonomic position polyphasic approach. Optimal growth found occur at 30˚C, pH 6.5 and in the absence NaCl on R2A. Phylogenetic analysis based 16S rRNA gene sequence KVB23T revealed that it formed a distinct lineage, as separate deep branch within family Rhodobacteriaceae, with < 96.5% similarity representatives genera Rhodobacter, Xinfangfangia, Tabrizicola, Falsirhodobacter, Haematobacter, Paenirhodobacter, Pseudorhodobacter Pararhodobacter. Based sequences most closely related Tabrizicola fusiformis KCTC 62105 T (96.5%) Rhodobacter thermarum 52712 (96.2%). The draft genome 3.80 bp long DNA G + C content 63.1%. Genome harboured clusters tryptophan cobalamin biosynthesis. contained Q-10 sole respiratory quinone. predominant fatty acids were consist C16:0, C18:0 summed feature 8 (comprising C18:1 ω7c / or ω6). polar lipids identified diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, seven unidentified phosphoglycolipids, two aminophosphoglycolipid, one glycolipid four lipids. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria have ability dissolve insoluble phosphates enhance soil fertility. Strain can solubilize calcium phosphate tribasic. Phosphate solubilizing biosynthesis property could be possible factor increase plant. Differential phenotypic, chemotaxonomic genotypic properties, together phylogenetic distinctiveness, demonstrated represent novel genus Rhodobacteriaceae family, name Fuscibacter oryzae gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed, type KVB23T(= KACC 21711 = NBRC 114716 T).

Pseudomonas lutea sp. nov., a novel phosphate-solubilizing bacterium isolated from the rhizosphere of grasses.
A phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strain designated OK2(T) was isolated from rhizospheric soil of grasses growing spontaneously in a soil from Spain. Cells of the strain were Gram-negative, strictly aerobic, rod-shaped and motile. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene indicated that this bacterium belongs to the gamma-subclass of Proteobacteria within the genus Pseudomonas and that the cl...

A Gram-positive-staining, aerobic, endospore-forming bacterium, strain P-207(T), was isolated from a rhizosphere soil sample in Auburn, AL, USA. On the basis of 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons, strain P-207(T) was grouped in the vicinity of representatives of the genera Virgibacillus, Ornithinibacillus, Cerasibacillus, Lentibacillus and Oceanobacillus, but could not be assigned clearly to an...

A magnetotactic bacterium, designated strain MV-1(T), was isolated from sulfide-rich sediments in a salt marsh near Boston, MA, USA. Cells of strain MV-1(T) were Gram-negative, and vibrioid to helicoid in morphology. Cells were motile by means of a single polar flagellum. The cells appeared to display a transitional state between axial and polar magnetotaxis: cells swam in both directions, but ...

A strictly anaerobic bacterial strain, 7401987T, was isolated from a human brain abscess sample. Cells were Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, coccoid to rod-shaped and motile by flagella in a lophotrichous arrangement. The isolate was asaccharolytic and the major cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 (28.2%), C16:0 (18.0%), iso-C15:0 (12.3%) and iso-C17:0 3-OH (11.7%). 16S rRNA gene sequence ...
متن کاملChrysiogenes arsenatis gen. nov., sp. nov., a new arsenate-respiring bacterium isolated from gold mine wastewater.
A new strictly anaerobic bacterium (strain BAL-1T) has been isolated from a reed bed at Ballarat Goldfields in Australia. The organism grew by reducing arsenate [As(V)] to arsenite [As(III)], using acetate as the electron donor and carbon source; acetate alone did not support growth. When BAL-1T was grown with arsenate as the terminal electron acceptor, acetate could be replaced by pyruvate, L-...
